Groschopp AG develops and produces customer oriented drive solution considering dec-ades of experiences. The components of the drives are manufactured on ultramodern machines and production lines.

Through the in-house production, the continuously high  quality is guaranteed which  the company ensures its customers. This is made possible by the automated production with-out which an economical manufacturing of motors and gears would become hardly feasi-ble.

Continuous investment in modern production systems such as CNC processing, winding centres and assemblies improve the efficiency  and flexibility. Fully automated winding-lines are available for manufacturing the stators used in electronically commutated motors whereas for all motors fully automated winding-lines for manufacturing pole coils- and armature-windings are in use. This guarantees all its customers an efficient and fast pro-duction of its products for low to large series as well as highest possible flexibility for any special needs and requirements.

The closeness to the design- and development-departments allows for innovative poten-tials to be released in the production areas. That is why Groschopp is one of the 'Avant-Garde' of the winding-around-tooth-method' in Germany, which enhances efficiency-factor and power density of the motor.
