Groschopp is expanding its ZKS gearbox series, which offers a particularly efficient and versatile solution thanks to the combination of a worm and spur gear stage. Following the success of the ZKS30 gearbox, we are now expanding our portfolio with the powerful ZKS50 gearbox. Both models offer exceptional efficiency, easy installation and outstanding flexibility for a wide range of industrial applications.

 

ZKS30 and ZKS50: Two powerful variants - a future-proof concept

While the ZKS30 was developed for output torques of 30 Nm, the ZKS50 goes one step further and offers an output torque of 50 Nm. Both gearboxes are based on the same principle - a combination of worm and spur gear stages - and thus offer superior efficiency compared to traditional two-stage worm gearboxes. The ratio range extends from 12.5:1 to 500:1, so both models cover a wide range of applications.

The ZKS50 is a state-of-the-art, two-stage helical worm gearbox made of stainless steel, specially developed for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. With its compact design, high transmission ratio and excellent efficiency, it impresses wherever reliability, hygiene and efficiency are required.
